Adds a Shifts tab and a Shift types list in the sidebar, for tracking each person's weekly work pattern separately from holidays.

Replaces your shift types with five staggered starts: 7:00-3:30, 7:30-4:00, 8:00-4:30, 8:15-4:45, 8:30-5:00.

Auto-added every year as a "Bank holiday" entry for everyone, and excluded from working-day counts in the Yearly summary. Scotland swaps Easter Monday for 2 January and St Andrew's Day, and moves the August holiday to the first Monday.

Custom holidays repeat every year on that date. Use "Bank holidays" in the toolbar to apply them for the year you're viewing.
